Relax, rejuvenate, and join us for meditation using a beautiful crystalline set of quartz singing bowls. Sitting or lying down with your eyes closed, surrender your mind to the healing sounds of the crystal bowls as they bathe you in powerful frequency vibrations, filling your body and senses with joyous harmonies.

Wear comfortable clothing, and if you prefer to lay down, please bring a mat, towel or blanket.
